The benefit contribution for self-employed members is calculated on the basis of the average benefit contribution for the year prior to the last financial year.
Salaried Members
Maximum contribution to employees’ insurance €1,094,50 per month |
Salaried members only pay the maximum contribution if their gross salary subject to contributory pension scheme deductions matches or exceeds the contribution assessment threshold of €5,500 per month. If their gross salary is below the contribution assessment threshold, the contribution amounts to 19.9% of gross salary.
