2. Contact form

Should you have any questions, you may contact us using the form provided on the website (contact form). Only if a valid e-mail address, full name, gender and date of birth is provided, we may know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further information can be entered voluntarily. If you make personal data available to us, we shall only use it for the purpose for which you provided it. You may, of course, revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. The data may no longer be used for future purposes from this time onwards. The revocation must be made in writing. Sending a notification by e-mail to info[at] is sufficient.

Your data will be transmitted using state-of-the-art encryption. The personal data collected with the form will be deleted if we you request us to do so and/or if legal provisions require this or if the purpose of processing is fulfilled.

3. Newsletter

We only send our newsletters with our recipients’ consent. Records are kept of all newsletter subscriptions in order to be able to provide proof in conformity with legal requirements.

The newsletter is sent via the service provider rapidmail GmbH (Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg i.Br., Germany). When you register as a customer, the data you provide during the registration process is transferred to rapidmail and stored there. rapidmail offers extensive diagnostic tools on how the newsletters are opened and used by the customers. These analyses are group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation. You have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Your data may no longer be used for future purposes from this time onwards. Your data saved in the context of the newsletter will be deleted immediately. You will find a link to unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter.

4. Use of cookies

We use session cookies on our website. Cookies are small amounts of data that are stored on your computer by the operator of a website. For some functions on our website, data is stored in session cookies (e.g. in the navigation). Temporary cookies are automatically deleted upon closing the browser. They only contain an identification number (session ID) that allows the server to assign the browser's successive requests to the same user.
